Unutra posetioci mogu videti Sveto kraljevsko krunu Mađarske ispod te kupole, mali ali moćan simbol među visokim mermerom, uklesanim statua i sjajnim zlatnim listićima.
Istaknuto: Iza centralnog staklenog izloga Sveta kruna Svetog Stjepana sedi pod mekanim pozlatama i reflektorima, njena glazura i dragulji hvataju rečnu svetlost kao malo sunce, relikvija koja je iznesena posle Drugog svetskog rata i vraćena tek 1978. godine. Iznad se uzdiže kupola visoka 96 metara koja kruni lavirint od 691 sobe, a noću su neogotičke kule i crvene krovne pločice osvetljene jantarastim svetlima tako da cela fasada podseća na osvetljen saće.
