Brze činjenice: Na ovom trgu se nalazi najveći Ovidijev spomenik u Rumuniji, podignut 1887. godine. Blok zgrada sa kraja 19. veka koji okružuje trg postao je, zahvaljujući novom osvetljenju i renoviranju, najpopularnije večernje mesto za šetnju u gradu.
