Brze činjenice: The station records about 5,000 passengers monthly, serving as a key point on the railway line between Italy and Slovenia. It features a stone platform structure that has maintained its original shape since the early 20th century.
Istaknuto: It has a ceramic clock made by the local workshop Rako, which has been functioning since 1920 and is one of the few in the region with original parts still intact. The station preserves a historic 15-meter mural depicting local railway life, painted by Slovenian artists in the 1930s.
