Hızlı bilgiler: Aristotle Square was designed in 1918 by the French architect Ernest Hebrard, after a devastating fire that burned most of the city. It is the largest square in Thessaloniki, with a length exceeding 300 meters, and offers a unique view of the Thermaic Gulf.

Few know that beneath the square lies an entire network of ancient Byzantine walls and labyrinths, which were discovered by chance during metro construction work.
