Hızlı bilgiler: Paleolitik dönemden Osmanlı dönemine kadar uzanan 5.000'den fazla eser, 13 sergi salonunu dolduruyor. Müzenin koleksiyonu, çevre bölgede kazılan Perge, Aspendos ve Side antik kentlerinden parçalar içermektedir.
Öne çıkanlar: Müzenin en değerli parçası, kahramanın on iki işini nefes kesici ayrıntılarla gösteren, 2. yüzyıldan kalma muhteşem bir mermer başyapıt olan "Ağlayan Herakles" lahdidir. Tek bir mermer bloktan oyulan lahit, 1960'larda Türkiye'den kaçırılmış ve Getty Müzesi ile yıllar süren bir hukuk mücadelesinin ardından ancak geri getirilmiştir.
