Stayed for 3 days, which felt just right. Enough time to relax and do a boat trip without rushing.
Buy snorkel gear locally instead of renting daily, it's much cheaper and you can use it on multiple trips.
Try the local warungs away from the main road for authentic meals and half the price of the tourist spots.
The vibe in Labuan Bajo is chill but expect humidity, some days were super hot. Perfectly enjoyable though if you like tropical settings.
Overall, a cool place but a bit touristy around the harbor. Crowd control could improve, it's a top gateway after all.
