快速信息: 屋顶上停着一只铜凤凰，阳光洒落，池塘上闪烁着细小的金光。足利义满委托建造了最初的隐退别墅，现有建筑是1950年纵火后1955年重建的产物。
亮点: 顶部两层覆以金箔，顶部饰有镀金凤凰，池塘上每一波涟漪都映出光辉。1950年一名新僧人的纵火事件导致1955年戏剧性的重建，游客漫步花园时还能听到这段故事。
