快速信息: 一个环形空中走廊框出令人头晕的全景，城市缤纷灯带映照其中，风带来惊人的亲近感。游客在露天平台啜饮咖啡，电梯在双塔间穿梭，展示戏剧化的结构曲线细节。
亮点: 两座40层高的塔楼顶端有一座圆形天文台，海拔173米，乘坐玻璃封闭扶梯穿过开放中庭，扶梯汇合如机械之眼的瞳孔，呈现让人眩晕的360度全景，远处火车声响似摇晃的玩具。塔楼下的复古地下商场“Takimi Koji”重现狭窄灯笼小巷，巷内烤鸡串和串炸摊散发酱油和炸粉的香气，与木质檐角混合，使整座建筑仿若通往20世纪早期日本的秘密时光机。
