快速信息: 坐落在大西洋海岸线500米之上，这座宫殿大胆的深红色与芥末黄色立面，灵感来源于曾矗立于此地的修道院回廊。国王费尔南多二世将这座废弃的中世纪修道院改建为葡萄牙王室的夏季居所，融合哥特式、摩尔式和文艺复兴元素，打造出一座奇幻的建筑杰作。
亮点: 仔细观察宫殿外观，你会看到一只巨大的石质蝾螈紧贴在露台墙壁上，这种生物象征着将贱金属转化为黄金的炼金术蜕变。这座宫殿的原主人费尔南多二世在周围的公园里种植了来自世界各地的500多种树木，营造出一种至今仍郁郁葱葱、宛如仙境的小气候。
内部小贴士
- 避开游客拥挤的接驳巴士，从辛特拉火车站出发，沿着林间公园步行上山15分钟，抵达时便可绕过主要人群。
- 上午10点左右在拱门露台拍摄宫殿，此时晨光照亮红黄相间的立面，不会产生强烈的阴影。
- 即使在夏季也建议分层穿衣，因为山顶温度可能比里斯本低10摄氏度，且会有突如其来的阵风。
- 把公园步道留到最后游览，埃德拉伯爵夫人小屋和湖泊之谷是大多数游客匆匆走过的宁静角落。
