Loved the local food stalls near the caves. The sausage and beer combo was surprisingly affordable and tasty, perfect after walking around all day.
Skip the restaurants right by the main cave entrance. Walk 5 minutes down the road for homely places with better prices and tastier food.
Weather was hit or miss, cloudy one day and blazing sun the next. Pack layers if you want to stay comfortable exploring.
Postojna has a beautiful vibe but gets super crowded midday. Best to go early in the morning to avoid long lines and enjoy cooler temps.
