- Photograph Tha Phae Gate from the east side at golden hour when lights hit the gate and crowds are thinner.
- Avoid the first row of stallfronts selling identical goods, walk deeper into the market for more unique crafts and better prices.
- Arrive around 5:00–5:30 pm to stroll before the busiest hour, or come after 9:00 pm for fewer crowds as vendors start packing up.
