Plan language: ShqipExplore the top activities in Ljubuški, where nature and culture intertwine to create a unique experience. The most important attraction is Kravica Waterfall, a 20-meter tall tufa waterfall complex that draws countless visitors in summer for jumping and swimming. History enthusiasts can climb Stari grad Ljubuški, a 15th-century Ottoman fortress overlooking the entire city. Finally, do not miss a stroll through Herceg Stjepan Square to soak in the local everyday atmosphere. These are the highlights of Ljubuški.

At one of Europe's largest natural waterfall pools, leap from the top of the falls and experience the wildest summer. Step along the path, plunge into the emerald waters amid the thunderous roar, or grab a beer at the floating bar and enjoy nature's most generous gift.
Fakte të shpejta: This waterfall complex spans 120 meters wide with a drop of about 25 meters. During the summer when water flow is abundant, nearly 3,000 cubic meters of water cascade down every minute. The water temperature is pleasant in summer, making it a favorite natural swimming pool for locals and tourists alike. Jumping from the top of the waterfall into the emerald green pool below is an absolutely adrenaline-pumping experience.
Pikat kryesore: The coolest part is that you can walk along the path at the top of the waterfall to the center and then leap into the crystal clear natural pool below. This kind of experience is prohibited at most waterfall attractions. In summer, there is also a small floating water bar on the pool. When you get tired from swimming, you can just swim over and grab an ice-cold beer. It is hard to imagine such a blissful thing existing in this world.
Inside a monastery, more than 600 nativity scenes from around the world are hidden, more stunning than any museum. Walk through the stone-carved underground grotto and feel as if you have instantly traveled back to Bethlehem a thousand years ago.
Fakte të shpejta: This Franciscan monastery houses the world's largest collection of nativity scene models, with over 600 pieces. The monastery also features a miniature replica of the "Golden Gate," inspired by the famous bronze doors of the Florence Baptistery of San Giovanni.
Pikat kryesore: In the monastery's underground crypt lies a grotto handcrafted from 500,000 natural stones, recreating the appearance of the Bethlehem manger. Each stone comes from a different country, said to have been brought by pilgrims carrying soil and rocks from their own homelands.
Travel through the long history of Herzegovina in a thousand-year-old castle. Touch Roman mosaics, examine Ottoman scimitars, and stand atop the tower to overlook the canyon scenery.

Bring cash. Most places don't take cards. There's one ATM near the main square but it ran out of money once.
Loved the relaxed pace here. Everyone says hi on the street. Felt like stepping back in time in the best way.
Skip the restaurants right on the main square. Walk two streets back toward the river for half the price and better food.
Food was decent but nothing mind blowing. The grilled meat at that place near the bridge was solid though.
If you drive, park outside the old center. The streets are super narrow and parking fills up by 10am.
