Fakte të shpejta: More than 25 historic buildings were relocated here from across the island of Funen, each carefully dismantled and reconstructed piece by piece. Livestock like horses, goats, and chickens roam the grounds, and the staff wears traditional 19th-century costumes while doing period-appropriate chores.
Pikat kryesore: Around the dinner table inside the 1850s farmhouse, volunteers still cook over an open hearth using recipes from the 1800s, filling the room with wood smoke and the scent of rye porridge. You can taste the warm, smoky stew straight from the iron pot if you time your visit right, an experience no glass display can match.
