Loved the vibrant markets and cultural vibe, but the crowds at Badshahi Mosque can be overwhelming. The city is busy but full of charm, just expect some chaos.
Stayed a week and found Lahore to be a mix of incredible history and frustrating traffic jams. The temps were scorching in summer. Worth it for the history buffs but pack patience.
For getting around, use rickshaws but always agree on a price first. Avoid Uber during peak hours, less reliable here than in other cities.
Eat at the small street stalls near Anarkali Bazaar for authentic Lahori cuisine at half the price of tourist spots. Also, try to visit the Lahore Fort early morning to beat the heat and crowds.
The food in Lahore blew me away, rich flavors and street snacks everywhere. Weather was hot though, best to visit in spring or fall. 4 days was perfect to soak it all in.
