Fakte të shpejta: Rreth 9,000 vjet më parë, ky vendbanim në brigjet e Danubit strehonte njerëz që hanin peshk dhe gdhendën skulptura guri me ballë trapezoidale mahnitëse. Arkitektura e ruajtur jashtëzakonisht mirë e sitit zbulon shtëpi me plane kati të sakta trapezoidale dhe vatra të lyera me gëlqere të renditura në një model pothuajse matematik.

The on-site museum displays the original 8,000-year-old sculptures, while casts remain outdoors, so don't skip the indoor gallery.
Bring binoculars to spot white-tailed eagles and cormorants fishing along the Danube from the site's elevated terrace.
Go on a weekday morning if possible: weekends draw bus tours from Belgrade, filling the wooden walkways by noon.
