Fakte të shpejta: Wide embrasures lined along the high stone walls easily demonstrate how functional the defensive architecture is. Visitors can approach the edge of the ramparts and observe the fine lines left by the wind and frost on the stone texture.
Pikat kryesore: The most evocative element of the siege is the old cannon bed, called 'Cannon Pit' by local guides, with a diameter of about 60 centimeters, still discernible at the foot of the rampart. Footsteps echoing on the stone stairs as the sun sets, and the sharp smell of cold stone, bring to life the breath of night defense patrols.
