Brze činjenice: The 12 kilometer coastal loop circles the island where Giuseppe Garibaldi spent his final years, with his simple white house still visible from the trail. Granite boulders the size of cars line the shore, sculpted by wind into shapes that change with every storm.

Local fishermen call these "the giant's bathtubs" and on calm days the water reflects the sky so perfectly you can't tell where rock ends and clouds begin.

- Bring a swimsuit and towel, some of the most swimmable coves like Cala Portese are mid-trail with zero crowds.
