Faits rapides: Dédié au dieu de la victoire et de la bonne fortune, ce sanctuaire attire plus de 300 000 fidèles pendant la seule période du Nouvel An. Son immense porte torii rouge et ses sculptures complexes en font l'un des sanctuaires les plus frappants visuellement de Tokyo.
Points forts: Tous les deux ans, le sanctuaire accueille le Kanda Matsuri, l'un des trois grands festivals shinto de Tokyo, avec 200 sanctuaires portatifs défilant dans les rues. Si vous visitez à la mi-mai des années impaires, vous assisterez à une procession de musiciens, de danseurs et de participants costumés en samouraï qui s'étend sur plusieurs pâtés de maisons.
