Faits rapides: Plus de 300 000 visiteurs se baignent chaque année dans les eaux géothermiques de ce site, puisées dans un puits qui atteint près de 2 500 mètres sous terre. L'eau remonte à une température de 49°C et est naturellement riche en calcium, magnésium et soufre, appréciés pour leurs effets thérapeutiques sur la peau et les articulations.
Points forts: C'est l'un des rares parcs aquatiques en Europe à fonctionner entièrement à l'énergie géothermique, la même chaleur souterraine qui remplit les bassins alimentant également tout le complexe. Même lors d'un soir d'hiver enneigé, les piscines thermales extérieures restent à une température agréable de 36 à 38°C, créant un contraste presque irréel de vapeur qui s'élève autour de vous tandis que les flocons tombent du ciel.
