Fakta cepat: Seluas 20 hektar hutan tepi sungainya menjadi rumah bagi lebih dari 150 spesies burung, termasuk burung raja udang dan burung bulbul orfeo. Di akhir pekan, hingga 3.000 pengunjung datang mencari ketenangan dari hiruk pikuk Dhaka.

- Visit on weekdays if you can: on weekends the park receives up to 3,000 people and the trails get crowded.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and mosquito repellent; the main trail is dirt and the humidity attracts insects.
- Do not miss the boat ride on the Bangshi River, it costs an additional 100 takas and gives you a unique perspective of the park from the water.
