4.3Night visit at 9pm, short line and incredible city lights. Combo ticket saved money and made it a great value for the views.
Arrived at 8:15 and beat the crowds. Paid extra for the top deck and the sunset view was worth every yen. Souvenirs are overpriced.
Visited around noon, lines were moderate but moved quickly. Main deck fee felt reasonable, cafe had a long wait and no table.
Rainy afternoon visit with foggy views and a 40 minute queue. Observatory felt overpriced for what you actually see, skip the restaurant.
