Fatti rapidi: Mary Leakey scavò questo sito nel 1937-1938 e vi trovò due strati di vita, un insediamento dell'età della pietra in basso e un villaggio dell'età del ferro sopra. Più di 5.000 reperti, dalla ceramica agli utensili di ossidiana, sono ora custoditi in un piccolo museo che domina il lago in lontananza.
