Fatti rapidi: Passeggiando tra vicoli stretti e pietre consumate senti le campane lontane, i passi rapidi e l'odore del caffè che proviene dai bar nascosti. Sorprende trovare sotto alcune piazze passerelle e vetrate che mostrano resti romani, creando scoperta dopo scoperta in ogni angolo.
Punti salienti: Sotto la Plaça del Rei si possono vedere scavi romani del I secolo d.C., con strade in basalto e resti di colonne che il museo sotterraneo espone attraverso passerelle di vetro. Nella silenziosa Plaça Sant Felip Neri le facciate mostrano ancora i buchi dei proiettili del bombardamento del 30 gennaio 1938, che uccise 42 persone, mentre la fontana e gli aranci rendono l’atmosfera stranamente intima e malinconica.
