Auf einer Fläche von über zweihundert Hektar sind eine Reihe von Gebäuden zum Himmelsopfer entlang der Mittelachse angeordnet, wobei zahlreiche Zahlensymbole verwendet werden, um kaiserliche Macht und den Willen des Himmels darzustellen.
