Greiti faktai: Morning fog softens the vermilion glow as a tunnel of thousands of torii gates leads you along winding steps, while dozens of stone foxes stare from mossy niches. Generous donations from businesses and families have left over 10,000 inscribed gates, turning the climb into a patchwork of names, prayers, and surprisingly personal messages.
