Greiti faktai: Išsidėstęs 7,5 hektarų plote Vilniaus pakraštyje, šis botanikos sodas talpina daugiau nei 10 000 augalų rūšių iš viso pasaulio. Jo arboriume yra didžiausia Lietuvoje rododendrų kolekcija, kuri kiekvieną pavasarį sužydi rožinės ir violetinės spalvų sprogimu.

Akcentai: Giliai sodo arboriume stovi senovinis ąžuolas, kuriam daugiau nei 200 metų, jis dešimtmečiais senesnis už patį botanikos sodą. Vietinė legenda sako, kad palietus jo žievę per vasaros saulėgrįžą, tai atneša sėkmę, ir dažnai prie jo pamato rasite smulkių aukų, tokių kaip gėlės ar monetos, paliktas lankytojų.
