Greiti faktai: Tik 45 minutes keliu iš Olhão, ši barjerinė sala driekiasi 6 kilometrus palei Ria Formosa pakrantę. Čia ištisus metus gyvena tik apie 1000 nuolatinių gyventojų, daugiausia baltai tinkuotame Culatros žvejų kaimelyje.
