Høydepunkter: Stasjonen ligger på tre stablede nivåer som faller 20 meter under gatenivå, med plattformene skjult under den praktfulle hovedhallen. Et kongelig dekret fra 1909 gjorde det ulovlig å bygge noe høyt nok til å blokkere utsikten mot togskuret, og det er derfor silhuetten rundt stasjonen fortsatt er overraskende åpen i dag.

- Walk the full length of the train shed to the rear exit; the rear facade is quieter and equally stunning.
- Wrap up warm in winter, the open platforms stay drafty even though the concourse is heated.
- Skip the small museum inside and instead spend time on the elevated walkway outside the front entrance for a full view of the facade.
