Raske fakta: Ruglete steinflater samler lys og skygge på en måte som får bygningen til å se ut som en bølge av stein, og de fantasifulle skorsteinene ligner skulpturer som stiger mot himmelen. Høydepunkter: Bygget mellom 1906 og 1912 for den eksentriske industrimannen Pere Milà, har den bølgende kalksteinfasaden så dype rifler at du nesten kan kjenne hver stein under fingertuppene når solen varmer dem. På takterrassen står rundt 80 skulpturelle skorsteiner formet som hjelmer og vakter, og når vinden treffer de hule murene høres et lavt, klagende sus som ofte overrasker besøkende midt i fotograferingen.

4.0Brought the kids at midday, steady crowds but manageable. The colors wowed them, book a timed slot and skip extras if you are on a budget.
Quick 45 minute stop on a walking route. The facade alone is magical, the interior felt small for the ticket price so mixed feelings overall.
Late afternoon visit, place was crowded and slow to move. Audioguide clarified a lot but the extra multimedia room felt overpriced at 8€.
Arrived at 9:00 and walked straight in, very few people. Rooftop views are brilliant, standard ticket at about 30€ was worth it.
