Korte feiten: Het meer is ontstaan uit smeltwater van gletsjers en trekt meer dan 90 vogelsoorten die hier hun thuis vinden. De begroeiing bestaat voornamelijk uit lokale en koudebestendige planten.
Hoogtepunten: Langs de oever is een 600 meter lange houten wandelbrug waar bezoekers zeldzame watervogels zoals flamingo’s en pelikanen van dichtbij kunnen zien. Het licht in de vroege ochtend en avond straalt door de bomen en reflecteert op het water, wat een onvergetelijk natuurlijk lichtspel creëert.
