Korte feiten: Meer dan 130 soorten Australische dieren leven hier, waaronder kangoeroes, koala's en emoes. Bezoekers kunnen vrij rondlopen tussen de kangoeroes in een open ruimte van 35 hectare.
Hoogtepunten: Je kunt een koala knuffelen en de zachte, warme vacht voelen. Een van de weinige plekken in Zuid-Australië waar dit is toegestaan. - Get feed bags for the kangaroos at the entrance, they cost only 2 AUD and the animals love them more than regular food.
- Go to the koala area first at 11:00 when the cuddle sessions begin to avoid long lines.
- Wear closed-toe shoes because the terrain is hilly and can get slippery after rain.
- Keep your bag tightly closed, emus are curious and try to pull things out with their beaks.
