Brisbane's pretty chill, loved the riverside vibe but watch out for random rain showers even in summer. Would say 3-4 days is perfect to get a proper feel.
Skip the pricey taxis, get a go card for the buses and trains. It saves heaps and the buses get you almost everywhere comfortably.
