Korte feiten: Ruwweg honderd trapaangedreven autootjes staan elke avond opgesteld op het plein, en de lokale traditie is om ze in een achtvorm te trappen rond twee torenhoge banyanbomen. De nachtmarkt komt rond 18.00 uur tot leven en blijft doorgaan tot na middernacht, met honderden gloeiende eetkraampjes in nette rijen opgesteld.

Hoogtepunten: De echte blikvanger is de uitdaging met de geblinddoekte banyanboom: bezoekers lopen met donkere brillen op richting de enorme ficusbomen, alleen geleid door het juichende publiek, en wie tussen de dubbele stammen door stapt, zou zijn wensen vervuld zien worden. Aan de zuidkant vind je honderden mensen die op kleurrijk verlichte mini-autootjes in een langzame, niet-aflatende cirkel rondrijden, toeterend en lachend terwijl het hele plein gloeit in neonroze, blauw en groen.
