Hoogtepunten: De oude winkels hebben kalkstenen muren tot 60 centimeter dik, ontworpen om de Engelse wijn koel te houden in de tropische hitte. Op sommige daken zijn nog originele kleipannen te vinden die uit Engeland werden geïmporteerd als ballast in zeilschepen.
