Korte feiten: Two cable car sections carry riders over 1.5 kilometers of forested mountain slope, gaining roughly 500 meters in elevation toward Mount Misen's summit. Each gondola seats about 30 people, and the full ride takes around 15 minutes one way.
Hoogtepunten: From the top station, on a clear day, you can see across the Seto Inland Sea to as many as 700 islands scattered like stepping stones. The final cable car section climbs at a 25-degree angle, giving you a near-vertical sensation as the treetops drop away beneath your feet.
