Korte feiten: Meer dan 12.000 bomen bieden schaduw aan bezoekers over 200 weelderige hectares, waarvan vele zijn geplant door bewoners in de beginjaren van het park. Wandel langs de "Hart van Siberië" muziekfontein die water 40 meter de lucht in spuit, elke avond gesynchroniseerd op klassieke en volksmelodieën.
Hoogtepunten: Een smalspoorbaan cirkelt 3,2 kilometer door het park, tuffend langs berkenbossen en bloemperken op een rit die minder kost dan een buskaartje. Kinderen rennen om naar de oude locomotief te zwaaien, terwijl stellen picknicken op dekens onder eeuwenoude dennen op slechts enkele stappen van de sporen.
Insidertips
- Skip the main entrance on weekends and enter from the northwest side near the Yenisei River for quieter pathways.
- Bring a refillable water bottle , there are free drinking fountains scattered near the playground area.
- Head to the small hill by the fountain 15 minutes before the evening show for the best view of the water jets against the sky.
- Visit the wooden observation deck behind the cafe at the park's center for a panoramic view of the treetops and St. Nicholas Church steeple.
