Korte feiten: De formaties in de grot bereiken gigantische afmetingen, sommige stalactieten meten tot 10 meter. De route omvat een rit met een ondergrondse trein van 3,7 kilometer die elk jaar duizenden bezoekers fascineert.
Hoogtepunten: Tijdens de route kun je de proteus anguinus zien, de blinde salamander die in het ondergrondse water leeft en een symbool is van de Sloveense biodiversiteit. De grot heeft een stelsel van galerijen en gangen die samen meer dan 24 kilometer bedragen, maar slechts 5 zijn toegankelijk voor het publiek.
