Fatos rápidos: A coleção abriga mais de 200 ícones e 100 objetos litúrgicos, muitos criados pelo pintor do século XVI Onufri e seu filho Nikolla. O próprio edifício da igreja, a Dormição de Santa Maria, data de 1797 e foi construído dentro dos muros do Castelo de Berat.
