Fatos rápidos: Uma rua de quatrocentos metros no centro histórico possui mais de 30 estúdios e oficinas de arte. Todos os anos, mais de 200 murais de rua são criados por artistas locais e internacionais.

Destaques: No meio do calor da tarde, uma cachoeira de cinco metros de altura feita de fibra de vidro, alimentada por energia solar, se ergue criando um arco-íris sobre os paralelepípedos. Toda primeira sexta-feira do mês, centenas de velas acendem nos pátios e músicos locais ocupam cada canto com seus instrumentos.
