Fatos rápidos: Quando os portões se abrem à noite, o edifício caiado do século XIX se transforma em palco para tudo, do kathakali ao jazz. O festival aqui é realizado desde 1975 e, em suas melhores semanas, reúne mais de cem atrações com artistas do mundo inteiro.
Destaques: O edifício, na verdade, não é um museu, ele ainda vive: noites de autógrafos com escritores, dança-teatro e música acontecem dentro dos salões reais o ano todo.
