Destaques: Head downstairs to the meat and dairy section where a dozen vendors sell curd cheese called varškė, still warm and wrapped in cloth right from the farm. The salty, tangy smell of fermented cucumbers and sauerkraut barrels hits you before you even reach the basement steps.
