Fatos rápidos: Atrás destes muros medievais teria vivido o jovem Vlad Țepeș, aquele que mais tarde se tornaria a inspiração do conde Drácula. A casa data do século XV e seu rico comerciante de origem, não o famoso voivoda, era o proprietário principal.
Destaques: O dragão esculpido acima da porta não é uma homenagem a Drácula, mas o símbolo da Ordem do Dragão à qual pertencia o pai de Vlad. Levantando os olhos, ainda se avistam os grafites deixados por visitantes do século XIX, testemunhas silenciosas de várias centenas de anos de passagem.
