Fatos rápidos: A história mineira da Eslováquia abrange mais de 1.000 anos, e este museu está situado dentro de uma mina do século XIX que produzia prata, ouro e chumbo. Os túneis subterrâneos estendem-se por quase 2 quilómetros e mantêm uma temperatura constante de 8°C, dando aos visitantes uma sensação autêntica da realidade diária de um mineiro.

Destaques: Os visitantes rastejam por túneis estreitos com apenas 120 centímetros de altura, exatamente como os mineiros faziam, usando apenas a luz dos seus capacetes com lanterna.
