Over 200 vendors fill the stalls daily, with the morning rush between 7 and 9 AM being the liveliest time to catch farmers unloading their crates.
Istaknuto: On Saturday mornings, pensioners set up a tiny corner selling home-pickled vegetables in reused jars, each family recipe passed down through generations. The roasted pepper stall near the south entrance lets you sample five different varieties before buying, a tradition vendors have kept for decades.
