Weather was all over the place. Sunny then fog then cold. Pack layers for sure.
Bring cash in small bills. Half the places we tried didn't take cards and nobody had change for big notes.
Loved the chaos of the funiculars and the views from the top. Would go back just for the seafood.
Grabbed some empanadas from a random shop up the hill and they were amazing. Way better than the tourist spots.
Skip the restaurants on the main drag in cerro concepcion. Walk deeper into the hills, half the price and actual locals eating there.
