Stayed 5 days and felt just right to explore without rushing. Could have gone a day longer but overall good pace.
Some beaches were packed in the afternoon, not ideal if you hate crowds, but early mornings were peaceful and lovely.
Weather was mostly perfect with sunny days but a few windy afternoons. Great for beach time, just bring layers for evenings.
Avoid restaurants right on the beach front in Playa del Ingles, venture two blocks inland for cheaper, tastier meals away from tourist traps.
The vibe in the smaller towns felt more authentic, Las Palmas was lively but a bit touristy and crowded.
