快速信息: 超过100个摊贩聚集在这个市场，售卖加那利奶酪、热带水果以及每天从当地渔船运来的新鲜海鲜。市场建于19世纪末期的铁架玻璃结构在2008年的一场大火中幸存，并已完全按照原始设计修复。
亮点: 上楼来到塔帕斯吧台环廊，看当地人在正午时分挤在小柜台前，抢购一盘盘烤章鱼和配以辣酱的皱皮加那利土豆。真正的精彩发生在周六早上的鱼市拍卖会上，餐厅老板们对着仍滴着大西洋海水的闪亮渔获高声竞价。

- 避开入口处面向游客的摊位，直接前往后方，那里是当地人购买奶酪和熟食的地方。
- 最佳拍照位置是上层阳台俯瞰中央大厅，尤其在清晨阳光透过玻璃屋顶洒落时。
