حقائق سريعة: يفرغ التجار يومياً المحار الطازج وبلح البحر والأنقليس مباشرة من القوارب إلى الأكشاك الخشبية. أكثر من 60 بائعاً يعرضون كل شيء من الأعشاب البحرية إلى السترات الصوفية، والسوق بأكمله قائم على ركائز فوق الماء.
النقاط البارزة: بعد الظهر تسمع في الطابق الثاني أصوات كمان محلّي، عندما ينظم الحرفيون مع الموسيقيين عروضاً غير رسمية. في زاوية الكشك ستجد دائماً كعكة كورانتو تُطهى على الحجارة الساخنة وتُغطى بأوراق كبيرة، يفوح منها دخان ذو رائحة مذهلة.
