حقائق سريعة: يتخذ جبل خرطوم الفيل شكل خرطوم فيل ضخم يمتد إلى مياه نهر لي، فيشكل مشهداً طبيعياً فريداً يسهل تمييزه. ووفقاً للأسطورة، يُسمى الكهف المائي أسفل خرطوم الفيل "كهف القمر المائي"، وفي الليل ينعكس ضوء القمر على سطح الماء عند فوهته في مشهد ساحر للغاية.
النقاط البارزة: لا يقتصر تميز جبل خرطوم الفيل على شكله الفريد، بل يضم أيضاً كهف القمر المائي حيث يمكن للزوار رؤية ضوء القمر منعكساً على سطح الماء ليلاً، في مشهد خيالي وكأن قمراً يسكن داخل الماء. وتُظهر صخور الجبل ملمس جلد خرطوم الفيل، وكأنك تستطيع لمس أنف الفيل حقاً.
