حقائق سريعة: نحو 2.3 مليون كتلة من الحجر الجيري، بمتوسط 2.5 طن لكل منها، تشكّل الهرم الأكبر، وهو بناء ظل الأطول على الكوكب لنحو 3,900 عام تقريباً. ما زال هرم خفرع يحتفظ برقعة من كسوته البيضاء الأصلية قرب القمة، لمحة عن اللمسة النهائية المبهرة التي كانت تتوهج ذات يوم عبر الآثار الثلاثة.

- For the classic shot with all three pyramids in a row, walk or drive to the panoramic viewpoint on the desert road west of the site.
- Skip the interior climb unless you are fit and comfortable in steep, narrow, sweltering passages that take about 30 minutes round trip.
